Andrew Packel, PT, NCS

Locomotor Clinical Program Manager 

Andrew Packel, PT, NCS is a board-certified specialist in neurologic physical therapy with over 25 years of experience, working mostly with individuals following stroke and traumatic brain injury. He is currently the Locomotor Clinical Program Manager at Moss-Magee Rehabilitation outside of Philadelphia, PA. His primary areas of professional interest are optimizing interventions to improve walking, including the use of robotics and technology; and enhancing clinical reasoning in therapy practice through explicit consideration of the components of therapy. On these topics, he has been involved in numerous research projects and publications and has spoken regionally and nationally. 

James Buckley PT, DPT, NCS

NEED TITLE

James Buckley PT, DPT, NCS is a board certified neurologic clinical specialist working in the hospital outpatient setting within the Jefferson-Moss-Magee brain injury program in Elkins Park PA. He has 8 years of total experience working within a variety of settings including inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health and outpatient care. His clinical interests include working with a neurologic based population, working with movement disorders, and integrating rehab technology into practice.

Jacqueline Brown, PT, DPT, NCS

NEED TITLE

Jacqueline Brown, PT, DPT, NCS is a board certified clinical neurologic physical therapist with over 10 years of experience.  Her clinical background has been mostly working with individuals following stroke, traumatic brain injury, or after a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.  She is currently working in outpatient physical therapy at Moss-Magee Rehab outside of Philadelphia, PA and as a contract clinical trainer for Ekso Bionics.  She is also the primary investigator on a research study looking the feasibility of use of the robotic ExoSkeleton with people diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
